"When I was an associate, a mad patient was screaming angrily one day, did not want to see her dentist anymore, and wanted to leave. I stepped in, convinced her to let me finish the work. Finally, treatment was completed.  She is very happy now, still a current patient of the office after two years and has referred many people to our office."
